Gaurika resides and trains in London, United Kingdom at the Copthall Swimming Club. Coaches Rhys Gormley and Christine Green are training her, these couches already have produced many world-class swimmers. She is currently acting as a good-will ambassador of the Shanti Education Initiative Nepal (SEIN).
